My Story
Academy HR was born from a dream to support the people behind the professionals.
When the Academy story first began, it was created to support and coach aspiring HR professionals transition into the industry. Guiding other people who were as passionate about the profession as I was, to find the confidence to be successful in a new career centred around people.
Over the years the Academy naturally evolved into a HR consultancy business, and my experience working in senior HR leadership roles has supported individuals and businesses alike in building leadership competencies, compliance assurance and thriving workplace cultures.
However, my ethos will always remain the same. To support the people behind the professionals. Whether that's CEOs, HR professionals or the employees working at the core of the business. My skill is connecting people through authentic means and influencing positive outcomes in the workplace.
