The Academy has been created out of authentic passion for making effective HR and People Leadership support accessible to everyone. Step by step, we are ambitious in our mission to bring HR into the forefront of all businesses' strategic plan and close the gap between employers and their people.

Hello, my name is Louise and I am proud to introduce myself as the founder of Academy HR.
With over 17 years experience in building effective working relationships, enhancing communication, practicing people management, business partnering and an authentic experience of redesigning a career path from scratch, I know I can help you to achieve your full professional potential too!
I am a CIPD qualified, senior HR professional with personal, authentic experience of transitioning into HR as a second career. My passion for the profession, and its community, has been pivotal in the unique design of Academy HR and its bespoke approach to developing aspiring people professionals.
