Session Overview
Communication is something we use both consciously and subconsciously every single day! Whether you are speaking to people, sending written messages or putting information out to the world online through visual mediums, we are all using communication in some form to navigate through life. At the end of this course you will; - understand the different types of communication methods we use - be able to use empathy to resolve conflict effectively - be able to practice active listening - feel empowered to communicate confidently in public - have an awareness of diversity and cultural consideration when communicating with others You will be able to effectively apply the skills you've learnt in both your professional and social experiences.
