About the event
As humans, we are naturally guided by our internal ethos and the values we build through our internal cognitive frameworks over time. As people leaders, we need to find the balance between respecting and understanding alternative perspectives alongside holding all parties (including ourselves!) accountable when it comes to maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
This session invites leaders to step into the role of the Cultivator of Culture, as designed by the S.P.A.C.E Leaders of Resilience framework, proactively shaping environments which promote accountability, integrity and achieve strong levels of employee wellbeing without dissolving our boundaries.
