HR Heartbeats is a free, confidential service created exclusively for HR professionals. This supportive space offers you opportunity to connect with a fellow HR expert to share the stresses and challenges you face in your role. Whether you just need to offload, gain impartial and balanced guidance, or rebuild your confidence, this session is designed to provide you with understanding, support and reassurance on a peer-to-peer level, in a judgement free environment. Take a moment to refocus, recharge, and feel supported as you navigate the complexities of your HR journey. From one HR professional to another, I am here to listen to you.
